Thu X Tran, age 61 of Blacklick, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015. Thu was born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam, son of Le Ngoc Canh and the late Tran Thanh Qua. Thu graduated from Oklahoma University where he earned his degree in Computer Programing. He currently had been working with Lucent as a Computer Programmer. Thu was a responsible man who truly enjoyed life and took care of everyone. In his spare time, he liked to garden, follow sports, travel and enjoy an ice cold Corona. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 25 years, Mai Tran; son, Anthony Tran; mother, Le Ngoc Canh; 7 siblings; and many other extended family and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, January 30, 2015 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., where family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until time of service. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
